Director & Founder
Dr Philip Nitschke, PhD (Flinders), MBBS (Syd), BSc (Hons) (Adel)
Philip Nitschke is the public face of Exit International. As Founder, Philip is responsible for all aspects of the organisation. Philip's chief roles include public speaking, workshops, the Exit Clinic program & his organisation's management.

Dr Fiona Stewart, PhD (La Trobe), MPol& Law (La Trobe), GradDip PubPol (Melb), BA (Monash)
Fiona Stewart joined Exit in mid 2004. As Executive Director of Exit she is responsible for the organisation's planning & development. She is also a principal contributor & editor of Exit publications.
Prior to joining Exit, Fiona founded the consumer complaint website www.Notgoodenough.org & worked as a newspaper columnist, consultant & academic. Fiona is currently studying towards her law degree at Charles Darwin University.
Dee Keijzer, RN, joined Exit in October 2011. As a registered nurse & midwife, Dee brings to Exit a strong commitment to the empowering effects of choice, not only in childbirth decisions but how we live & die. Dee, who speaks fluent Dutch and English, is based in the Blue Mountains outside of Sydney where she shares her home with her dog, Bertie.

Tom Curran
Tom Curran joined Exit in February 2o11. He has a very personal reason to believe in a person's end of life choices. His long experience as an advocate for independent living rights have made him a valuable addition to the Exit team. Tom is the principal contact person for all European activities of the organisation.
Australian Coordinator: Membership & Accounts
Kerri Dennis
Kerri Dennis joined Exit in mid 2004. As Membership Coordinator Kerri is responsible for overseeing Exit's administration, financial reporting & membership. Prior to joining Exit Kerri worked in small business & customer service.
Chapters Coordinator
Elaine Arch-Rowe
Elaine Arch-Rowe joined Exit in 2008. As Chapters Coordinator, and in addition to running her own Gold Coast chapter, Elaine is responsible for the overall operation of Exit's 30+ local branches. Prior to joining Exit, Elaine had a successful career in sales.
