Exit Chapters<\/strong> are the grass-roots, local way for Exit members around the world to get to know each other & come together for information & support.<\/p>\n Please note that some, but not all, Exit chapters have reverted to face-to-face meetings (either at chapter level or for coffee & chat groups) for 2021. We advise that members contact the Chapter in their area to find out the exact details of the state of play.<\/em><\/p>\n Exit Chapters are small, informal, local groups of Exit members who meet for friendship & support. Some chapters have set agendas. Others do not. Some chapters meet monthly while others meet quarterly. One important outcome of Exit Chapters over the years is the micro-local \u2018Coffee & Chat\u2019<\/strong> support groups which operate all over, & which usually take place in a member\u2019s home.<\/p>\n These small groups of 4 \u2013 10 members have become the most effective way for information to be shared within the Exit community & for new friends \/ support networks to be established.<\/p>\n
