In 2013, Tom Curran and his wife Marie Fleming took a case to Ireland\u2019s Supreme Court to determine if Marie had a constitutional right to an assisted death.\u00a0 The Court said \u2018no\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Marie Fleming died of complications of her MS in December of that year.<\/p>\n<p>Since this time, Tom has become a fearless campaigner for the right to die in Europe.
